We use the platform for ourselves as well as our clients. We use both the sales and marketing sides and we love both equally. We use a lot of automation to connect sales efforts with marketing to great effect. Our clients really love the VisitorID tool, which gives them a behind-the-curtain view of who is visiting their website. This has been a nice way to a cold prospect.

We've used other marketing automation platforms currently and in the past and SharpSpring can go toe-to-toe with the best of them. The cost of SharpSpring is extremely competitive and they give you 100,000 contacts right off the bat without charging for more, which is really nice. It's not the most polished platform, but it offers a lot of tools.
