Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

A very complete tool to control all your Digital Marketing and the relationship with your customers. Sales modules, marketing, reports, landing pages, forms and a lot of resources at your disposal. The best feature is that it has a native connection with most of the common tools... It should be a must in your company!

Pros

  • Email Marketing with "friendly user" templates
  • Easy way to analyze and to have results of everything with the reporting area
  • Superb customer service
  • Easy connectivity with all the tools that you already use it...

Cons

  • It is very complete and the truth is that I don't miss any functionality...
  • They are very strict about the quality of your database and sometimes require you to talk to their compliance department to confirm that you are doing things right...
  • As it is such an economical investment, compared to other similar tools, the ROI is very high from the beginning of the process... This means that once you have invested the time and done the connection and set up work, you will immediately start to see the return and the possibilities will grow and grow depending on your creativity and the quality of your database and its segmentation...
Some of these other tools are "more closed" and do not allow so much customisation or you have to make ad hoc developments.

It is a very comprehensive tool and easy to connect to other data sources. In my sector (hotel industry) it is common to have a booking engine, a PMS, a Channel Manager and different data sources and SharpSpring makes all these connections easy... Once you have everything connected you discover the full potential of the tool and all that you can do in terms of automation... It's amazing!
