Overall Satisfaction with ShipStation

We use Shipstation primarily in our warehouse for shipping our products. It has helped us increase the speed and efficiency of shipping.
  • Reporting.
  • Integrations.
  • Cost.
  • The quick ship feature is a nice idea but could use some improvements
  • We've greatly increased our shipping while reducing our overall cost of shipping and the cost of the product itself.
It is less expensive but also easier to use. It also connects easily to our other systems through integrations.
They've helped answer most of our questions and resolved our issues very quickly. They also seem to be very knowledgeable.
