Overall Satisfaction with Sidekick

Sidekick is being used by all employees in my organization, by all departments and in order to make a better commercial management of our contacts. We also want to optimize email management, more efficient procedures and have more information about our contacts.

It is a more professional and more functional tool. MailTrack managed information emails well but did not integrate with CRM Ingun. Streak is a CRM that integrates with Gmail, but has no web platform to work off Gmail.
After knowing the functionality of Sidekick, you are recommend to all directors I know because it has become a key tool that helps us to better manage our marketing communications and sales, having increased internal information for the team.
