Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
Overall, the tool works. I like that all the contracts are centralized, and I can check very fast the details I need and the status of the signature. However, there are some bugs that I'd improve: 1. Signers don't always receive the invite, not even in spam. This makes me send the document via email. So the point of using SignNow is lost. 2. For any minor change in the agreement, I need to go back to my g-drive document, make the change, download it as a pdf, and upload it again on SignNow. So much unnecessary work that could be easily fixed from SignNow with an EDIT feature.
- Sign contracts with sponsors.
- Sign contract for employees.
- Edit feature is missing.
- Sometimes the email is not received my the receiver (not even in spam).
- It helped me save up time.
- I use it for around 50 partners, easy to keep track.
- If I am on holiday, other colleagues can have access to the status of the signature.
