Overall Satisfaction with Slack
Slack is used amongst the entire organization, throughout the support, mobile, front-end and backend development teams. We use it both for general communication and chatting between colleagues, as a log for development features and updates, and as a report tool for integrations with other existing platforms (such as Zendesk or Calendly).

- Call communication is not always up to par with other (dedicated) platforms such as Skype
- Pricing is kind of steep
- It has improved our internal communication vastly, as it was mainly based on the use of Skype; as such multiple features such as private groups, documents brought in from Dropbox, etc., were not available.
