Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use Slack to communicate in our team and as a business at large. The product allows us to easily communicate and share ideas, files and documents. We can easily jump into huddles to audio or video call with each other. We use it all day every day, it is very smooth and seamless.

Slack is much more customisable in terms of the integrations you can plug into the software. This allows for much easier tracking of business activities and notifications, too. It is also much quicker to speak with people and jump into chats and calls. It is also much more intuitive for sharing documents and storing them in relevant chat channels.
