Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We use Slack with channel to set specific scope discussions on products, teams and direct chat communications among the employees. It is easy to use and useful to create public and or private channel among colleagues or with customers.
The use of huddle for a voice call and video sharing is very useful.

  • Quick interaction rather than email or other tools

  • Use of huddle is very useful
Slack has a quick way of getting in touch with colleagues and customers (if they use it). Other tools sometimes don't have the feature of keeping the history on my chats. I like the way of creating channel and groups of peopel for discussine. Other tools cannot have such a features.

Quicker way to communicate, division in channels is very useful. Better experience related to other tools like Skype for business. Clean interface and good customer experience. The new release has a different way of showing some pages. Old way looked better fo my habits but the app improvement is good.
