Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SmartRecruiters for recruiting, screening, and all other aspects of hiring for every position in our small business. It provides a unified location for online applications, cover letters, competency assessments, candidate ratings, offer letters, etc. It prevents allowing applicants to fall through the cracks and assists us with rating and tracking qualified candidates.

Pros and Cons

Keeps all candidates information in one location.
Provides an easy response process to applicants.
Provides a professional looking online application process.

Sometimes navigation of the home screen to find applicants isn't as clear as it could be.

Candidate Experience

This is of ZERO reflection of the quality of service that SmartRecruiters provides. I may have misunderstood the question, but it is inherent of my industry and my region that we do not have many qualified candidates here, yet we attract a large number of completely unqualified candidates that apply despite their lack of the required experience, skills, etc.

Usability for Hiring Managers

It's not perfectly intuitive, but smart people can figure it out and with a little training, it becomes very effective.

Return on Investment

It has made the screening and hiring process a lot more trackable than before.

Likelihood to Recommend

This is the first online service that I've used for this and it has been an excellent service. It also allows other franchises to see candidates that I've reviewed and vice versa.
