Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

We recently brought our regional recruiting process in house for the first time in the company's history and we chose SmartRecruiters as our applicant tracking system. It is currently being used by our corporate recruiting team at our Home Office for all of our field office recruiting needs. Since bringing the proces in house and with the assitance of our new ATS we have been able to make a significant impact on our recruiting spend out in the field.
  • SmartRecruiters is totally customizable to our needs and as a bonus it was already integrated with our employment screening service provider, which really makes tracking our candidates progress that much easier.
  • SmartRecruiters offers multiple ways of keeping track of your progress and helps us to stay at the top of our game as a team.
  • SmartRecruiters also offers us the ability to be able to view other team members jobs so that in their absense we are able to assist and keep candidates up to date with their progres.
  • I really do not have any cons at this time.
SmartRecruiters keeps your candidate up to date as you move them through the process. This is highly valuable to the candidate and the recruiter, especially when the recruiter receives hundreds of resumes for each open position. As the recruiter moves the candidate from application status to in review it alerts the candidate so that they are in constant contact on where they stand and the recruiter can continue to move forward with other candidates.
We do not use this portion of the product, but we have tested it out for future piloting and it is very user friendly and informational.
  • SmartRecruiters has provided us with the ability to make a large dent in our overall recruiting spend for our field offices.
  • SmartRecruiters has also allowed us to save time in terms of posting our positions on the major job aggregators and that time we save we are able to continue our recruiting efforts more efficiently.
SmartRecruiters was a much better option and offered multiple valuable time saving features that the competitors did not.
SmartRecruiters is a great applicant tracking system for any company looking to bring their recruiting efforts in house.
