Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

We utilize SmartRecruiters as our recruiting platform. It helps streamline the process with sourcing talent.
  • As an engineer I'm very critical of the usability of a website, as well as how it is documented. SmartRecruiters is documented very well with a very pleasing aesthetic UI.
  • The SAML integration is absolutely key today.
  • I actually like how everything is done.
I believe it's pretty good. It shows you exactly what you need up front.
It was pretty handy while I used it to place our new director of infosec.
I believe it can be utilized by a company of any size.
