Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters

SmartRecruiters is used across the company for the use of recruiting new employees into business. The recruitment team uses it extensively. We have given access to our hiring managers and their assistants. Even our CEO uses it.
  • It is mobile friendly with the use of the app.
  • It is user friendly, much like social media.
  • It is quick, being able to advertise on multiple job boards easily with the click of a couple of buttons.
  • Being able to talent pool better.
  • Being able to click on multiple people and change the step - ie to "to be rejected."
It is very easy as a candidate to apply for jobs. They can see where there application is if they log in, and they get notified immediately when they are not successful.
With a little bit of training it is relatively easy to use for managers, however it would be good to send them some training or a how to guide for new users as part of an email template. Or a really basis step by step how to guide for first time users.
  • It saves us time when posting jobs which means we can use our time more effectively hiring quality employees.
  • We can track candidates better that have applied to multiple jobs.
  • Candidates can easily express interest in multiple roles.

SmartRecruiters is appropriate for:

1. Recruitment on a daily basis - advertising roles, getting candidate flow

2. Commenting on candidates with hiring managers

3. Sharing candidates

4. Hiring candidates and rejecting them in one easy step


SmartRecruiters is Less Appropriate for:

1. Talent pooling

2. Notes could be better visible when looking through candidates

3. Being able to search for candidates in the database
