Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Smartsheet is used by multiple groups across the organization. Each department uses it to address unique department challenges. My team uses it to track projects from development/standup work to high-level dashboard reporting on projects within the portfolio. There are many projects and limited resources. Smartsheet really helps me keep track of all projects under my purview.

- Flexible templates for many use cases
- Better linking between Smartsheets
- Integration with Google Forms where submissions can go straight to a Smartsheet.
- Allow for card creation at all levels (when view is changed from grid mode that has nested rows)
- This tool has saved a lot of time through improved efficiency.
- Stakeholders across offices can find the status of a project against other projects more quickly.
- Projects are easier to track.
.Asana is more task-oriented when I first tried it. I needed something that offered higher-level reporting and aggregation. Smartsheet's automation is also tighter. Podio is great for project-based intake workflows. It has very flexible and customizable fields allowing the owner to do many things with it. I selected Smartsheet because it offers the easiest solution to my project planning and tracking challenges
