Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Several departments in the company utilize Smartsheet to track production and distribution of everything that we work with. It makes sure everyone is held accountable and everyone is up to date on information for every project that month. We also track assets that we bring in to work on these projects and share these sheets with other teams to make sure THEY are aware of what is in house, what is not and what to expect/when to expect it.
- Being able to utilize and connect several people and teams to efficiently have a project flow
- Organized and easy to use
- Fast-working and adaptable when updated
- I sometimes have a problem linking sheets. This comes and goes, but is a hassle
- I'd love to see a easy to use calender sheet that could be shared
- Smartsheet has helped the workflow of our team immensely
Smartsheet is very similar to Google Drive; but it does a better job of making sure everyone is held accountable for their contribution and their work. It makes the flow of work easier. It is organized and I can hold onto sheets of projects for years. I love that I can create my own templates to use and reuse. Overall, I recommend
