Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use Spiff to know what my commissions are in real time. It addresses missed opportunities by letting us know if we are maximizing our performance.
- It lets me know what to expect if I make a sale
- I can see my commission before the pay period ends
- Keeps track of all my deals
- It could have more user interaction
- I don't have full access to input any data
- It helps to motivate me to perform better
- I feel more rewarded for hard work.
- I would recommend Spiff to a friend
It reinforces the compensation matrix and it always is correct as long as it is updated properly
I didn't select Spiff, my employer did, but I really enjoy it!
