I have used Splashtop for seven years as a solution to provide helpdesk technical support and as a way for remote users to access their office resources.

I have used the email support several times and it is easy to use.
Splashtop provides a good blend of security options that are straight forward and easy to use.
Onboarding is very simple with easy user creation and device set up. Users are provided with any information that they need via email.
Yes - TeamViewer, GoToMyPC, Remote Desktop. Replaced due to cost, administration and security benefits.
