Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
Sprout Social is solely used by our Marketing Department, and we only have one primary user at the moment. It helps us stay on top of our social engagement, while remaining efficient.
- Ability to monitor incoming messages from Twitter
- Ability to schedule tweets efficiently
- Easy access to detailed reports on our social engagement
- It would help if Sprout integrated with more 3rd parties
- Sprout seems a bit limited in what it can do with LinkedIn
