Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
It provides me with all the features I want and I need to have. This is a great app for my business, because it helps to handle my customers. I get calls with top quality and no issues. It just works and it's really fast. Talkdesk has helped production and internal communication on all clients we serve.

Very easy and flexible for any new requirement. The software updates are during the day and during my calling times, but this doesn't affect your task. Overall I am quite satisfied with Talkdesk. The support has provided the functionality I needed and it was easy to set up. Support is immediate which is a huge plus and the software is user-friendly.

Talkdesk is the best for calling and this is great if your organization needs this kind of service. You won't regret it. I think it's well suited in every calling scenario, very reliable and strong. I am also able to make calls quicker and I am able to recap everything important.
