Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

[Talkdesk] is used to dial in the [customers] and to generate reports for the calls made to the [customers].

It is less time consuming also easy to access and get the report easily. Also it gives the flexibility to the user to generate the report as per his\her requirement.
Well I needed an immediate report and Talkdesk made it easy for me to generate the report in a short span of time.
Talkdesk always ensure to deliver what they promise. They’ve give us an option to generate accurate reports and to have the flexibility of generating reports as per our own needs.
