Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used to get connected with customers in the US. It provides good call clarity overall and hence is pretty useful for us. The best part is it also has a mobile app that lets users get connected through their mobile phones as well. This provides connectivity on the move as well.

Talkdesk is an easy-to-use app that lets you monitor the overall productivity of your sales team. It lets you track calls made by your sales team in real-time and also records all calls taken by the Sales Managers. You can also pull up historical data and get different types of reports to analyse your business.
The connectivity on the application which we are talking about here, called Talkdesk, has sometimes been an issue. Now I am not saying that this has been an issue every time. However, at times, it becomes an issue. One thing that should be included is a feature that could filter out voice mails will be of a lot of help
I must say that there is no comparison between the two.

Very well suited for large team sizes. I currently manage a team of 75 people, and it works wonderfully for me. You have an option for automatic reports as well, through which reports come straight into your inbox. Less suited for smaller team sizes as some other options for small team sizes can work cheaper.
