Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

We use Tealium for managing and governing client-side and server-side analytics tracking and marketing technologies tags. Tealium acts as the key strategic component for deploying most of our tags and tracking solutions across multiple sites and mobile apps.
  • Advanced interface allows to craft the exact solution for each tag that we want.
  • Ability to create custom integrations or alter pre-built marketplace integrations
  • Ability to integrate with SSO access
  • Lacking strong support for concurrency and allowing multiple users make updates at the same time.
  • Merging different code versions can be tricky,
  • No concept of isolation or "spaces"

Stellar support - even in hard to navigate cases, Tealium support shines in doing their best to find prompt and efficient solutions.
Tealium allows Synchrony to deploy and manage all aspects of our marketing and analytics tech stack. For example, our CDP, consent, analytics, and personation engines are executing / integrated in Tealium.
We feel that Tealium is a more flexible, and a more future-proof tool when it comes to tag management and governance.
