Overall Satisfaction with Teamleader
I am a one woman operation. I use it for CRM, invoicing and time-tracking.
- Make proposals: It is very easy to create, send, monitor and manage proposals. Once a proposal is accepted you create an invoice with one mouseclick.
- Integrations: It is very easy to integrate Teamleader with all kinds of solutions like Gmail for storing mails in your projects or in a customer record, Google Calendar for synching appointments, and Mailchimp for managing opt-ins for mailings. These are just a few but there are many more integrations that truly make your life easier.
- Invoicing: Easy to use invoicing solution. When you create projects it is easy to invoice upon set milestones. You can create product lists and subscriptions so recurring invoicing takes just a second.
- Mobile app: I always have TeamLeader with me on my phone. I can manage my calendar, register my time, find my contacts and check deals and invoices while I am on the road.
- Synching contacts between iPhone and Teamleader could be easier.
- Integration with AWeber would be great.
- Positive: invoices are easy to pay thanks to the direct link, invoices are mostly paid timely
- Positive: it is easy to monitor deals and proposals. When followed up timely, more opportunities become deals.
Act-On I used for a client. It is more a marketing automation tool than a CRM solution and it is also more suited for bigger organizations.
