A secure connection to the remote device through their application also works in a proxy network. The connection is encrypted with a passcode that can be created by the admin avoiding all sorts of security threats that might happen during remote access.

Yes. Secure access to systems from a remote location was the challenge we were trying to overcome. With the help of TeamViewer, we were able to achieve the above objective in the most reliable and secure manner.
Yes. Since a lot of critical data is being maintained in the remote system servers the security of the remote connection was of paramount importance. Hence we had utilizes single sign-on and dual authentication so that only the assigned users were accessing the remote systems. Also, the logs provided a clear picture of who was accessing the systems at any point in time.
