Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

use for remote access to local computers and data in multiple branches and also to provide technical support and computer maintenance

Pros

  • connect to remote (including non-attended always on computers)
  • file transfers

Cons

  • multiple language synchronisation between local and remote keyboards
  • the number of times to switch the fixed set of devices (business license) especially from year to year the count should reset
  • customer - sales services - especially regards to resloving conflict over wish to stop renewing automatically
  • did allow some access to our computers during COVID lock downs
fairly easy installation in any environment picked Teamviewer because we heard good reports

not fully clear about the license provisions
1) no response to request to allow additional times to change the fixed devices during COVID isolations

20 no response after attempted cancellation of subscription. automatically issue was (sold ?) transfered to a collection agency - with no negotiation or compromise - charged for full additional year despite the subscription being locked closed fairly immediately
1) don't - unless one has a static environment, in my opinion. 2) if one wished to cancel - be sure to do well in advance and be sure to receive acknowledgment in my opinion.
