Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
use for remote access to local computers and data in multiple branches and also to provide technical support and computer maintenance
Pros
- connect to remote (including non-attended always on computers)
- file transfers
Cons
- multiple language synchronisation between local and remote keyboards
- the number of times to switch the fixed set of devices (business license) especially from year to year the count should reset
- customer - sales services - especially regards to resloving conflict over wish to stop renewing automatically
- did allow some access to our computers during COVID lock downs
- Radmin Remote Administrator, AnyDesk, GoToMyPC, VNC Connect and Microsoft Remote Desktop Connection Manager (RDCMan)
fairly easy installation in any environment picked Teamviewer because we heard good reports
