Very important messages that need to be sent out at a timely manner

- Easy to use
- Additional numbers. Have to send out messages at least 3 times to get everyone
- Can be a bit pricey due to all the messages sent
- Some associates still don’t get the messages

- I would also get email alerts of confirmation which is great
- We have to ensure we are not being wordy
