Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All
We use Text-Em-All to reach our frontline employees that work in production and do not have access to company email. Our use was born out of COVID-19 when mass messaging became mandatory for certain situations. We continue to use Text-Em-All because it's the fastest way to reach someone on or off the clock. We have called "all-hands" meetings that span across the country in a matter of minutes with the texting service and it has worked great for the most part.

- Great tracking features to see exactly how many people received the message
- Slow rollout times need improvement
- Ability to hyperlink would be nice

This has been the biggest help we've had was implementing COVID messaging around shifts, testing, etc. and later large employee announcements in a way we never could before.
