Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

For daily use. We make reservations for worplaces, meeting rooms, catering.
For FM it is the center software platform where we provide our services for the employees of our partners.
We want that our employees willl use TopDesk more and more so trhat we can centrelise our information flow en use that information to better our services.
1200 - IT, FM, POI, Finance, Legal, Public services, etc. (All the employees that work in the government buildings from our partners) We provide the FM services at 3 government organizations. Gemeente Tiel, Culemborg and West Betuwe. Ans also for our own employees. We als provide it to UWV en werkzaak who work in the same buildings

  • Possibility to work with maps where you can manage the workplace in real time
  • Use it for audits
  • Use it for a centrilized MJOP

  • People feel that they can make a request easier
  • More centrilized platform overall
They have made a connection between the two software platforms, but there is a lot to improve on connectivity. I feel like we only use the basic possibilities that these two can provide.
Topdesk has been slected via a european marktresearch based on a PVE.
It is a platform wich is so integrated in our daily work workinviroment and we feel that it has a possitive impact

Best: Making lunch reservations, reservation for meeting rooms, a place where our employees can make complaint for example cleaning
