Overall Satisfaction with ToutApp
We use it to send email cadences to prospects. We write industry specific pitches with several follow up emails and have them go out on a schedule a few days apart.
- easy to change templates
- the price point is attractive and they will sell you one license unlike SalesLoft
- Fairly intuitive
- Frequently has outages and does not always track emails
- Service is via email and is on west coast time so If I have an issue at 9.30 AM in NYC it will not get fixed
- Edit button is hidden behind non subscribe
- We have closed several large deals from our cadences
- Can be frustrating when it does not work
- Low price did allow some clients who were on a shoestring budget to successfully market
