Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We currently use TriNet to facilitate on boarding of new hires, termination, and payroll. It minimizes paperwork and makes the processes much more fluid and organized. It is only used by the HR and payroll departments.
- The new employee on boarding process is seamless. It allows employees to completed all new hire paperwork on with in the TriNet portal, eliminating paperwork all together. This saves time and makes the process much more organized.
- Benefit enrollment/ open enrollment with TriNet is very simple. Through the TriNet portal employees can find everything they need to make the best choice for the benefit plans that will work for themselves and/or their families. Plan summaries are easy to find and understand. The Benefit Calculator makes calculating your monthly premiums very easy. After enrollment in completed, it is very easy for employees to refer to the portal for any questions they have regarding their insurance plans.
- TriNet's reporting system is great! There are several reports measuring different metrics available, from an employee birthday report to an in-depth look and personnel changes and trends.
- TriNet's HR consultants and Account Execs could improve on their response time or helpfulness. I have had to escalate issues to management to receive the help I need in the past.
- Occasionally reports are not available for download in a timely manner and this delays accounting.
- TriNet has helped reduce tedious administrative tasks. Saving paper and saving time!
- TriNet has helped make payroll a more fluid process and increased accuracy.
- ADP, Melita and Zenefits
TriNet provided many more tools for HR and payroll than other competitors. TriNet's system is much easier to use. TriNet's pricing is also competitive compared to others.
