Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

They are very responsive and answer all the questions immediately. They get back to you if you leave a message and you never feel like you were left hanging.
We are using Trinet across the whole company. Everyone is using it for PTO. Some use it for FSA and our payroll is run thru it. It has helped us with the time management of PTO.
  • PTO is wonderful as it tells everyone what time they have off and requests are quite simple.
  • FSA is working well for everyone and uploading receipts is s breeze. Keeps us compliant with IRS regulations and eliminates the need for us to maintain those records.
  • We use the online benefit enrollment. No more chasing on our end or having to do all the paperwork during the renewal process.
  • Payroll is a breeze and I have set up a reconciliation sheet so it is easy to make sure payroll is accurate.
  • Please when receipts are uploaded for FSA respond faster that receipt is accepted and issue is closed.
  • Downloading reports at time is a problem based on the browser [used] - would like to see this addressed.
  • Payroll register should show the breakdown in gross payroll so if I do not process, I do not have to go back to the processing screen to see what was put into gross wages i.e. commissions/expenses.
  • N/A I have found no negatives to date
For payroll and time management they are at least equal to above companies. As to ease better than paychex and ADP. As a benefit administrator, they are better than all of the above.
It is wonderful for small businesses as they do not have to go out to obtain their own insurance carriers. Rates are much better than without TriNet. Open enrollment is easy and flows right to the payrolls. No need for all the additional work by HR and Payroll when the new rates begin.
