Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet is not used by the whole organization, only for the US Team.
They do for us HR, Payroll and legal assistance, they onboard-outboard, payroll assistance, manage time off and more

TriNet team has helped us with our HR processes, with payroll, onboarding/outboarding, and benefits.
Easy platform to use for the administrator as well as for the employee.
We sometimes are concerned that not all TriNet employees can give the best advice, and sometimes they don't know how to fix a problem
We are happy to use Trinet but think they need to improve the cost per employee - As we keep growing our company it will start to be very non cost efficient. After reaching 40 employees it make sense to take an in-house HR person
Another thing for them to improve is their the response time to a question. Sometimes it can take 3 days

We loved that TriNet was a startup company for startups like us.
They understood the problems of the Software companies like us and had the most "perfect" solutions for our needs
TriNet is well suited for Payroll, benefits and reports - they are very easy to access
It gets more complicated when they need to manage external 401K contributions
Also they don't have support for international employees
