Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Systematic Financial Management uses TriNet across the whole organization. They handle our payroll, benefits, insurance and HR needs. They have taken the hard work of HR and Benefits off our plates so we can manage the business and get our employees better quality benefits at a much lower price.

Our account rep has brought her knowledge when we were considering downsizing and pointed out ways to prevent any future issues. She has constantly proven herself and guides us with all the info we may need to make decisions. Even when we asked a question about benefits years ago, she remembered in the most recent open enrollment and mentioned that TriNet is now offering that benefit solution.
TriNet site and services are great. Their reporting tool can use some additional tweaking. The roll out was in the summer of 2019 so they are still working on it. But all other services and tools are great.

TriNet is site and payroll submission is more intuitive as well as their reporting system. Paychex seemed archaic. Required an app and was not web based. App difficult to use and get information out was only in PDF with no Excel option.
Our Account rep is the best thing about TriNet. She is always willing to help out when we have questions and will do everything she can to make sure TriNet meets our needs. She is knowledgeable and able to get quick responses so there isn't any delay in what we need to do. I cannot pick a specific scenario because she has so many great things that she has helped us with.
