Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

They process our Payroll. They provide benefit information. They administer our worker's comp. All our employees use TriNet. We don't have a benefits manager, so they act as one. They provide benefit information to all of our employees.
  • They act as our benefits manager and answer employee benefit questions.
  • This takes a lot of work off my plate as the HR Mgr.
  • They just changed the format when I log in as the Admin and didn't give me advanced notice.
  • They need to be more 'government contractor' friendly. We need to be able to EASILY run reports for employees with military experience and disabilities. This was particularly challenging when I needed to create my annual AAP.
The samples provided make it easier for me to create policies and procedures.
Not as user-friendly as I'd like it to be. SPDs are difficult to find for the average employee and the new page seen upon login wasn't announced.
  • I'm in HR and don't process payroll so I can't speak to that.
  • Them acting as Benefits Mgr takes so much off my plate!
We previously used ADP. I actually like their reporting criteria better as they were able to provide reports for my AAP.
My reps (I've had 2) are outstanding. They provide support, sample policies and guidance on a regular basis.
