Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

I am an employer, and I use TriNet for my employees (myself as well). I provide benefits, utilize workforce analytics, and run payroll. The problems are the monthly fees that just increased, which have led me to leave the platform.

  • More notifications re: payroll compliance for employees
I receive a response from a TriNet rep within the same day, usually, and they have always been up to date and transparent about my account representative.
The user interface has improved drastically since the upgrades.

No. I was unable to pay myself and then had to pay retro-payroll processing fees because I didn't run money through payroll.
TriNet is well suited for a bigger company, but not very well suited for a small company. The fees TriNet imposes on payroll can be painful.
