Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for the entire organization. TriNet manages all of our HR functions, from payroll to health benefits.
  • Payroll reports are extremely flexible and detailed. It has allowed us to manage our resources and team in a very efficient manner.
  • The analytics and reporting features are fantastic. The PPP report that was provided enabled us to quickly provide our bank the information needed for the forgiveness application.
  • I have not seen any features that require improvement at this point. The platform provides a comprehensive set of features that meets all of our needs.
The TriNet dedicated and general support teams are extremely responsive. Every time I needed support for any reason, I have always received a fast reply or I have been directed to a specialist who has quickly addressed my needs.
The platform is extremely easy to use, in spite of the fact that is rich in features. Also, as an admin of the platform, I get to view both my personal and overall company data, which is very helpful since I need to quickly access any HR info or reports for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide ease of visibility into comprehensive payroll information.
  • Reduce time spent on admin tasks.
  • Automated features, such as automated payroll.
Just on the PPP side, providing a one-click report to provide info for loan forgiveness.
The platform is much easier to use and provides the right amount of features for our organization.
I believe TriNet is well-suited to manage all the HR functions of any small and medium business that does not have an internal HR team.
