Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We used TriNet as our payroll processing system. They processed our payroll and HR reporting. We transitioned from a PTO plan to a DTO plan and they assisted in the transition with legal aspect as well as the PTO balances on our end.

Trinet has more features than Gusto and QuickBooks Online as far as HR reporting, census, off-cycle payroll, tax reports etc. But the biggest thing it doesn't have that all of these other do is a live chat feature that is completely necessary for immediate payroll issues that always come up.
