Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
TriNet is used for payroll purposes and onboarding
- Dashboard is user friendly
- Most items are easy to update for Admins
- Reporting feature is helpful
- The system should allow Admins to update leave information without sending an email
- The leave department itself could use training on regulations and overall customer service skills
- The dashboard should update employees with custom details added to their records
- Helped us build our internal communications due to the issues that arose
