Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We use TriNet for payroll administration, benefits management, and HR services. HR related service (including advice on employee related situations) reflect the highest value of the relationship for us. Getting on the phone with an experienced individual who has such a wide lens into appropriate practices is extremely important for us.

Ease of use, a great portal, most critical items are available with ease.
Our relationship manager is great, efficient, supportive, and advocates for us when we need her to. We truly feel supported.
