Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
TrustRadius is a site that allows you to make and read reviews about different software products that exist. This allowed us to read a review about Google Drive and it gave us confidence to use the software in our work. In fact, we expanded the storage capacity and bought our subscription for 2 dollars a month. It was a great help to have read these reviews.

- To find evidence to support my recommendation to colleagues or my client
When I look for a review of a program, I already have a brief idea of what it is about. I look for positive comments and negative comments. I compare both and draw my own conclusions. I like reviews that are not technical, those reviews that explain with simple words that the software is about. Those simple reviews are the ones I like the most.
Many times we already have an idea of the program we are looking for. I think reading a review allows you to have more confidence when choosing the software. Nobody likes to be wrong. Nobody likes to waste money or time, so before making a decision we read a review from someone who has already used the program.

- It is a site that gives you confidence.
- Sometimes the reviews are very long. 50 words is a lot.
I read websites, blogs and other pages that make reviews. I do not like to stay with only one point of view. Many times, and to have more confidence, I look for different people to validate my point. This gives me confidence in the person who writes the review and how it is understood.
I have read several sites of reviews. There are some that I do not like because of the format and style they have. There are other sites that I liked and among those is TrustRadius. As I mentioned, I think they are more professional at the time of review and choose those that are better written and have quality content.
