Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We were in the process of switching off Salesforce as our CRM and looking for different options that were out there. We were familiar with Hubspot from years ago but were interested in seeing what people were saying now. The team was our C-level staff, and we ultimately chose Hubspot.
The pricing info we found on TrustRadius to be accurate. When vendors didn't share prices we simply reached out to them.
The experience is ultimately very similar. My go-to sites are always TrustRadius and G2. Personally, I like the look of those sites and any time I've had to interact with them always thought it was pleasant.
We did not sure any analyst reports or rankings.
The scores aren't the whole picture. If we see a low score we typically try to address why it was scored low by looking into the review. From there, if we are concerned it's something we make sure to bring up during our call with the company when/if it happens. We never saw repeated issues with the software we evaluated that caused giant concerns or ran into issues where we completely ruled someone out based on a bad review.
The timing was the largest obstacle that we had to deal with. Due to some unaccounted-for issues, we had to speed up our processes a few months faster than we anticipated. Which really had us go all-in rather quickly on software. Thankfully it worked out for us and we're really happy with our choice. If we weren't and had to plan for a 2nd option things might have gotten very hairy. That just means our research really put us in the drivers seat.
I think it's a great site with honest feedback.
