Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We use TrustRadius to collect feedback from our customers and also to create content with the reviews.
- Customer Service is so helpful and thorough making sure we get them most out of the tool
- Easy to use and navigate
- Very responsive and helpful rep.
- The cost is a little high for something that you cannot prove out an ROI for the business case.
- Being able to create new content and product updates based on feedback.
We also considered G2 Crowd but TrustRadius was a better value.
I can't draw a line to my KPIs yet but it has been helpful in strategic decision making for marketing plans.
The content from the reviews gives us insights that go beyond our user data. This allows us to provide a better experience for our customers.
