Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

The platform is being used to specifically track reviews. Our 2019 goal was to boost our presence and online brand as it relates to overall client satisfaction. We are also using the review widget to display top reviews on our website, however, we haven't done much to update that widget in the recent past. The portal itself is helpful, however, we haven't used it to the fullest potential, because we don't truly know how.

The team that's using it the most is our Marketing team, specifically for brand reputation. We would like to get more involved with the other enablement features of the platform.

  • Easy to use for building TrustQuotes and tagging/organizing those quotes into certain segments
  • Dashboard gives you a clean view of relevant metrics
  • Does a great job of identifying which of our clients are willing to be a reference for us
  • The process for getting profile update approvals is long and drawn out. Unnecessary in my opinion.
  • The limited number of categories is frustrating, especially if you have a multi-product offering
  • There is a lack of buyer intent data at our fingertips
  • There is no way to see pending reviews. This is important because it gives us instant feedback on the success of a review campaign. You only get to see the reviews, or at least know of reviews, once they have been approved by TrustRadius.
  • Wish they offered template resources that can auto-populate our data into for sales enablement. With our small marketing team, it's too hard to set aside time to create the resources for our sales team, that we would deem 'successful'.
  • The biggest impact has been our ability to generate reviews from our client base
  • Our influence has grown a bit as well, since we have increased our rating through review campaigns
We have and continue to use G2. The G2 dashboard is much cleaner and easier to use. The ability to quickly update profile settings, descriptions, etc., make the platform much simpler, and efficient.

We selected TrustRadius due to their growing presence in the B2B review space. We felt like TrustRadius would make a great partner to help us achieve our immediate needs.

One other thing that G2 does, that I would like to see from TrustRadius is a proactive approach by the CS team as it related to build initiatives. Almost all of the direction/initiatives are driven by our internal team, but with such a small team we rarely have time to brainstorm what's next for TrustRadius. If we were approached with innovative ideas or project plans from the TrustRadius team, it would make a huge impact.
6/10 for the quality of content. Back to my previous comment under Alternatives, we really rely on our partners at TrustRadius to help drive changes, updates, and plans because they are the experts. If we don't have help with these items, our content rarely gets updated. To this point I think we have made 1 iteration to our custom questions.
If you looking to make an immediate impact on your reviews and rating, then I would enter into a partnership with TrustRadius. It can make a difference for you company's online authority and SEO ranking.
