Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

TrustRadius for Vendors has been instrumental in giving a voice to our customers. Their reviews give us product/service insights and tell us what we should keep doing vs what needs to be adjusted. We also leverage the badges, like "Top-Rated", for marketing. We are also diving into using intent data through our integration with TrustRadius and Salesforce.

Just started implementing the intent data campaign with our Salesforce integration. I will update once we roll out the campaign.
The goal of our intent data is to retarget high-level prospects using the intent data and feed them ads that cater to what they are most interested in today.
Customer reviews help us complete the picture of what things we need to work on. Leveraging their insights allows us to make proactive decisions within the product to ensure we are offering the best overall customer experience. Their voice drives us to success.
We also use Capterra, G2, and Gartner Peer reviews. G2 is the other main channel we leverage for reviews. We like their use of badges for many categories, as we can leverage them for marketing images and share them on our social channels or via email.

TrustRadius for Vendors is very good with communication from their team members. Our Customer Success Manager and Account Manager have been very attentive and transparent throughout our relationship. They do a great job of relaying product updates and discussing areas where we can improve our overall profile on TrustRadius. We would happily recommend TrustRadius for Vendors to any of our colleagues, who are looking for a customer reviews tool.
