Overall Satisfaction with Ubiquiti Wireless WAN

For almost four years, our business has relied on Ubiquiti Wireless WAN. When it comes to wireless networks, we previously relied on unstable and difficult-to-manage technology. Through my exploration of the market, I came upon Ubiquiti's offering. As a whole, our company's wireless network is served by this solution, which allows us to keep the administrative building and the factory's internal wireless networks separate and secure while yet allowing for easy and convenient connectivity.
  • Synchronization with the closest Ubiquiti device happens automatically.
  • Easily monitor and control all of your linked devices individually.
  • Separate and secure SSIDs may be made using VLAN.
  • Better tracking of connected devices and their respective times and dates.
  • The newest unified controller versions have extended device compatibility.
  • Find a networked gadget by entering its MAC address.
  • Network and device configurations may be managed from a single location using the controller.

Prior to this, we used Cisco Meraki wireless access points, which did not allow for centralized control, therefore several access points shared the same SSID. Because the client's movement from one device to another was not as seamless and reliable as it is with the current Ubiquiti solution, this shift cost both time and stability during configuration.

Ubiquiti's wireless WAN solution is suitable for usage in businesses of all sizes. Smaller businesses may not profit as much from the integration of Wi-Fi devices due to the high expense of doing so, hence the cost-benefit analysis favors larger businesses. In big and medium-sized businesses, having access to such tools improves network security and administration by allowing for several, conceptually separate networks to be managed and made available from a single Wi-Fi access point.
