Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

UiPath is being used in the finance department for invoice processing. We are using OCR technology to extract data from the invoices and then UiPath will refractor the extracted data. The refracted data will then be onboarded to an ERP software from which the company will be able to track all the expenses and raise invoices against the same. There are a total of six different types of invoices and all the invoices are processed in a single go. After automation, the process takes around 10 minutes to complete the whole process compared to four hours when they are done manually by humans.
  • Desktop Automation
  • Web Automation
  • Excel Automation using macros and scrapping
  • Faster data processing compared to other tools
  • Wide range of activities and native support for .Net coding
  • Improvement in pricing of the tool
  • Concurrency of bots
  • OCR technology can be improved a lot
  • Better tech support for Community version users
  • Cost is high compared to other tools
  • Easy development of the flows and reduction in dev time
  • Better customer relations
  • Huge community for support
UiPath has better activities and covers a lot of bases compared to other tools. The work of the bot and the speed of automation is not comparable to other tools. Coming to the part of intelligence, UiPath is far ahead than other tools and is growing at a rapid scale. It has a huge community which is at your disposal if you are stuck anywhere and native support for .net coding. It just makes things much better than other tools. The UI and UX of the tool are just great and so is the scalability and the usability of the tool.
UiPath can be easily recommended for most automation activities. It can be used in IT process automation (ticketing tools, server maintenance), finance automation (OCR tech and invoice processing), desktop applications automation (most of them), web applications automation (ost of them and also JS scripting can be used), Support for APIs, Excel automation. UiPath covers all the fields which other tools fail to cover.
