Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use UKG Pro for a full employee Cycle experience, which includes payroll, succession planning, recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, surveys (perception), document management, and performance management.

It has reduced a lot of administrative tasks for the team and has improved our employee experience.

Usability

Our employees have found it easy to use and navigate, but with so many ways of navigating the platform, it sometimes gets confusing. Again, having all modules in one place makes it very convenient for our employees and managers. As an administrator, it provides great features for reports and data.

Our team struggles with getting support with additional help from UKG and calls continue getting transferred from one person to the other.

Centralization

The People and Culture team has become more efficient in processing employee requests as a lot of administrative tasks have been automated. Our team has been able to focus on important tasks instead of the day to day run around.

We have been able to bring in payroll to our department to centralize all functions in one system.

UKG Personal Experience

UKG Pro has increased the productivity of the People and Culture team by removing a lot of administrative tasks, manual record keeping, managing manual reports, back and forth with employees and multiple managers.

They now have visibility and access to their own information without having to ask or spend time seeking help. Managers also get full visibility of their team and it's easy to switch information as and when required. Automation and reports have reduced the P&C teams stress and increased team engagement.

It is an excellent product. It is well suited as all modules are under one umbrella. E.g., an employee can see their profile, time-off, org charts, reviews, documents, etc., all on UKG Pro instead of logging into different platforms. They have the flexibility of using it from their desktop or mobile with Single Sign On. I love the overall look and use of UKG Pro.

It is less appropriate with the support after implementation. The implementation team walks you through different features and by the time you get used to the product and testing, the support ends. It is very difficult to get the after implementation support on time and it's always with an additional cost.
