Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready
UKG Ready is used for payroll processing, employee paperwork/onboarding, scheduling, tax filing. It is used across the entire organization. The product has been great to reduce employee hours in payroll processing and onboarding. Additionally, we have utilized the product to bring in past paper employee files. This has led to increased efficiencies in the HR department.
- Scheduling
- Overtime tracking
- Payroll processing
- The new user interface has added additional and unnecessary "clicks".
- Service tickets are required to get assistance. Otherwise, the portal is a slow alternative.
- Significantly reduced employee hours processing payroll
- Cloud storage of employee documents
- Employee onboarding and self service
