Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We track HR data and process payroll using UltiPro.
- Online benefit open enrollment
- BI functionality
- Resolving tickets quickly
- Benefit enrollment for life events, we are manually making adjustments for deduction start dates, and occasionally benefit coverage start dates.
- ACA measurement group tracking, I have run into issues with employees that have been terminated or have changed group status when moving the data over to the 1095-C data.
- ADP
I liked ADP business intelligence reporting, but didn't like working in separate modules for different HR functions. The continuity wasn't there when I was working within it.
