Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
Our entire company uses Ultipro as our HRIS system as well as the associate self-service portal to handle administrative functions for associates. This software processes our payroll and houses our associate information. We do run many reports using this software as well.

- Building reports is not something that can be done by all HR associates, and it is not an easy process. It could be improved if there were a way anyone working in HR could select information they would like in a report and create their own. I have done this with other HRIS systems and it is something I miss when using Ultimate.
