Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use the payroll and benefits administration. All of our employees use it for pay stub retrieval and benefits enrollment.
- Excellent training materials are available.
- Good level of Ultipro support by account managers etc.
- Platform configuration.
- Future effective dating would be a nice enhancement.
- Better control over open enrollment configuration - why not platform configuration in the module?
- Costs savings
